ME+A is a personal chief of staff. To do that it holds a record of how you plan and spend your weeks, which is personal and — in places — sensitive. This page says plainly what is stored, where it lives, who can reach it, and what you can do about it.

What we store

Only what the product needs to do its job:

• Your account: an email address, and a preferred name if you give one.
• Your plans and tasks: what you intended to do, when, and in which life domain.
• Your check-ins: what happened, what didn't, and how you reported sleep and energy.
• Anything you write or dictate into the product — notes, journal entries, voice captures.
• Scores the engine computes from the above, and the running ledger behind MEQ.
• Your settings: theme, season targets, time zone, and notification preferences.
• If you turn on the nightly nudge, the browser push subscription that lets us send it.

We do not ask for, and have no field for, your address, your date of birth, or any payment details. There is no advertising identifier anywhere in the product.

Where it lives

In a managed Postgres database hosted by Supabase in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, and on Vercel, which serves the application. Needs legal review — Cross-border transfer wording, and whether the Supabase and Vercel data-processing terms need to be named or linked here, is a question for review.

Who can reach it

Every table that holds your data is protected by row-level security, so a query made on your behalf can only ever return your own rows. That is enforced by the database itself rather than by application code remembering to filter — and it is tested, including a test that deliberately tries to read another account’s rows and must fail.

A very small number of background jobs run with elevated database access, because computing your week and sending your nightly nudge has to happen while you are not there. They do one job each and write back only to your own rows.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. There is no advertising in ME+A, and there is no tracking pixel on this website.
• We do not use third-party analytics that identify you. The site measures page views and loading speed without cookies.
• We do not read the reason you give for an off-day. The product records that you declared one; the engine never reads why.

Language models

ME+A uses a language model to write the sentences around your numbers. It never invents a figure: every number you see is computed by a deterministic engine, and the narration is checked against those figures before it reaches you.

To produce that narration, the relevant parts of your week are sent to Anthropic, over their commercial API. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms and the accompanying Data Processing Addendum, what we send is not used to train their models. They are our only language-model provider; nothing about your week goes anywhere else.

Your choices

You can change or delete individual plans, tasks and journal entries in the product at any time, and you can turn the nightly nudge off wherever you turned it on.

Export and account deletion are not built yet. We would rather say so than imply otherwise — they are the next thing being built. Until then, email privacy@meplusassistant.com and we will export or delete your account by hand. A promise to do it on request is only real if there is somewhere to make the request. Needs legal review — The statutory-rights wording for the jurisdictions we operate in still needs review (response windows, what proof of identity we may ask for, and the right to complain to a regulator).

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what is collected or who can reach it, we will say so rather than quietly update the date at the top.
